JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
As a business developer with us, you will be a key person in our efforts to develop and streamline meal production in Region Kronoberg.
In this role, you will analyze and compile large amounts of data to create well-founded decision-making bases. You will drive both smaller improvements and larger development projects and play a central role in Region Kronoberg's transition to chilled food production. You will be an important part of the work to establish a new production kitchen and operational heating kitchen, where you will have significant responsibility for logistics and process development. Your work will encompass everything from purchasing, inventory, packaging, and deliveries with the goal of creating an efficient and sustainable meal production for the region's operations.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for someone with documented experience and education in business development and logistics.
The role requires familiarity with data analysis and the ability to translate insights into practical improvements. It is important to enjoy working both strategically and operationally and to have good collaboration skills to drive projects in close dialogue with various stakeholders. The position suits someone who appreciates working in a relatively small organization where improvement efforts occur close to operations and where relationships are crucial for success.
The position requires a university degree in logistics or another education deemed equivalent by the employer.
